AnnouncementsOn April 30, 2008, Schlene Boundy represented Do Your Part at a meeting held at the Assistance League of Southern California in Hollywood. This meeting featured Karen Baker, who was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to serve as executive director of California Volunteers. Some of the organizations represented at this meeting were Red Cross, Volunteer Center of Los Angeles, L.A. Works, and the Assistance League of Los Angeles, and their very gracious President along with many hard working members of their staff.
